in order to keep everyone posted on topic concerning the material preparation for the GDC and Gamescom I thought was a good idea to create a tread on the CMD forum.

Good point, the GDC will take place from 15th to 17th of August (http://www.gdceurope.com/contactus/) and Gamescom from 17th 'til 19th Augustus (http://www.gamescom.de/en/gamescom/home/index.php)
About the material submission:
- Projects: if you work on some cool project particularly cool before this academic year you can propose it. Of course you have to present the material following the guidelines I gave you in the first email
Submission Deadline: ideally I would love to have the ultimate material within the 8th August in order to arrange everything properly.
